I taught science to 6th-8th grade students using NGSS-aligned lessons that include labs, projects, and inquiry-based learning. I collaborated with colleagues and families to support student achievement and actively participate in school-wide planning, professional development, and data-driven instruction.

Implemented successful recruitment strategies to drive new applications from prospective families and students. Developed partnerships with community-based organizations to amplify the organization's reach. Coordinated with school and central office teams to ensure seamless execution of outreach initiatives. Organized and facilitated community and family events on school campuses. Served as a primary point of contact for current families, improving responsiveness and gathering feedback.

Taught Science to over 490 students from TK-5th grade under the management and direction of the school Principal, I worked to develop and coordinate a specialized instructional program for the classroom and/or lab; with my main goals being to introduce new skills into the classroom; to improve the quality and quantity of educational activities in the classroom, and to prepare students for their unit exams.

Reviewing and analyzing policy coverage limits, provisions, exclusions and endorsements for personal injury/slip and fall claims with varying degrees of complexity and severity. Drafting summons and complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery, and interrogatories. Interviewing clients, researching and writing pretrial motions.

Maintained full case load up until the repeal of vocational rehabilitation. Counseled injured workers who required vocational rehabilitation services. Developed job analyses in preparation for medical review of work details. Marketed to law firms to partner with on cases and assist individuals.
