Created process and procedures to assist operator. Worked with Spartan Controls on this when purchasing equipment.

Dealt with all CAT/FAT and commissioning. Changed control design and system which allowed operations to go from 32000Tons to 46000Tons in production by improving controls on the Inpit, Secondary and Tertiary Crushers and systems. Maintained and repaired all instrumentation and control systems. Programed all the PLC systems on site including Allen Bradley, GEFanuc, Schneider, Siemens and various others. Programmed HMI & DCS systems. Worked with various VFDs (LV, MV and HV) and Multilin’s as well as instrumentation and controls using DeltaV. Involved with HAZOP meetings. Performed pre-commissioning activities including setup of equipment for operation and communication (Profibus/Modbus) with the DeltaV DCS. Conducted loop checks with Instrumentation and Electrical groups. Acted as the Radiation Safety Officer for the site. Installed PI software (OSISoft) onto the server.
