I was placed in a IQF freezer where a lot of vegetables are run thru to flash chill for production and it was my responsibility after production to lock out and tag out all moving parts to the freezer then I would have to pressure wash the industrial belt a pre crust belt and freezer belt then I would have to open up all freezer fan rooms and remove all ice and product to clean the machine and we would use 4quat to clean the machines and have to clear all floors and scrub the belt to pass the ATP swabs in order for production to run the next morning.
