Arise Charitable Trust is dedicated to empowering the Indigenous Irular community in India, with a strong focus on children's education and development. The Trust creates opportunities for underprivileged Indigenous children, providing them with essential educational support and resources. Through its various programs, Arise Charitable Trust aims to uplift these children, fostering their growth and enabling them to overcome socio-economic challenges.

My role as a board member included Providing guidance and leadership on strategic planning initiatives and organizational development. Presided over board meetings and conducted board business to address organizational objectives. Strategic planning and development.

• Oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of all children's projects supported by Wheel Trust, ensuring each initiative met its objectives and positively impacted the children involved.
• Conducted thorough reviews of counselling case study notes, providing insights and feedback for enhanced care and support for the children.
• Engaged in direct casework, offering individualized support and guidance to children in need, fostering their emotional and social well-being.
• Organized and led group activities for children, creating interactive and educational experiences that promoted teamwork, learning, and personal growth.
• Trained resident childcare staff on local child rights, ensuring the team was well-informed and equipped to advocate effectively for the children's welfare.
