Home Preservation Where my primary focus is on new design projects and major remodels managing multiple design teams, I'm also involved with many of our 250+ subscribers that Home Preservation services. I visit homes during a the quarterly maintenance visits to walk the property looking for additional items that may need attention beyond the regular maintenance tasks being addressed. After my walk I would review my findings with the owner(s) and provide a report of my findings with photographs and recommendations.
