Holds an MBA -international business from Oklahoma Christian University,a post graduate certificate in social entrepreneurship and business planning fro University of the Pacific, a diploma and Bachelor's degree in Microfinance and economic community development from Uganda Martyrs University

Was instrumental in formation of Rwanda institute of cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance in Rwanda
Hosted EAC CEOs roundtables and SACCA conferences
Introduced customer protection approaches in Rwanda Microfinance sector and subsequently advocated for consumer protection policy
Was instrumental in formulation of Rwanda financial education policy and introduced savings mobilization in schools
Participated in turnaround of 18 institutions that were making losses and started making profits
Was a member of AFR investment committee that made key decisions in financial sector investments
Was a key member of Long term savings scheme that birthed Ejo Heza information savings scheme and Rwanda National investment Trust (RNIT)
Was instrumental if formation of Umurenge SACCOs including executing a robust capacity building training plan and it's participated in conception of automation program
