I possess a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Telecommunications field with experience on Panasonic, NEC and Nortel/Avaya key systems. I have an extensive amount of working knowledge on the Mitel product line and am currently up to date on all certifications for all products they manufacture. Currently the Lead Technician for the configuration and installation of the Mitel SMBC system. Responsible for the design, build, test and implementation as per customer's spec of a major, Canada-wide company in the food service industry. Perform live cutovers from existing systems as well as new installations including line connections, paging, as well as remote access. Installation experience includes Omada Routers and TOA amplification. Also have gained experience installing the NEC SV9100 and SNOM platforms.
As a service technician, responsibilities include remote/onsite troubleshooting and resolution of Mitel PBX, NEC, Panasonic and Nortel/Avaya key systems as well as various Paging systems. Also part of the on-call rotation for after hours emergencies.
As a service tech, duties included service calls on various models of the Mitel Suite of products as well as various paging systems.
As an install tech, completed installations and cutover of the Mitel SMBC product, Phybridge switches and POE adapters. Customized site installations to customer's specifications and satisfaction. While employed here, continued to maintain all levels of certifications in the Mitel suite of products.
