I am a reliable and adaptable worker with three years of customer service and retail experience. I have both retail and food service experience from my time at the Safari Park where I would frequently bounce between working in the gift shops and restaurants. I work well under pressure and have no problem handling peak hours or large crowds. Having worked at a tourist destination and a mall, I have seen every type of customer and I am good at handling unruly customers and de-escalating situations. I am kind and personable and seeking opportunities to apply and grow my customer service skills.
