- Develop framework for BOLI (bank-owned-life-insurance) and capital efficient strategies for banks and insurance companies leading to eleven new mandate wins.
- Pioneered efforts to educate and pitch CLOs, both internally and externally, leading to integration of CLO investments into every eligible strategy within the firm resulting in CLO and Structured Credit AUM growing from under $500mm to over $7bb.
- Extensive experience as head of bank loan trading, with a deep understanding of the bank loan market, credit dynamics, and integration of bank loans into CLO structures.
