JOHN GRODEN

Born in Kilbarchan, Scotland my family moved to Canada when I was 10 yrs old. I have played Professionally as well as in College . I bring passion and enthusiasm in working with soccer players of all ages, staff and community coaches. I thrive in a high performance soccer environment and demonstrate a passion for continuous program improvement and leadership and to foster a great culture based on mutual respect, support and working towards a common goal. I work well in a team-environment and will inspire, delegate, and motivate others. Experience in implementing technical and tactical plans and delivering them with passion. Qualified in session training, exhibition, camps and team travel as well as managing team specific equipment and purchasing budgets. Working towards my Professional coaching licenses.
