  • Among the top prescribers of minor ailments throughout the years in Loblaw, Atlantic Canada.
  • Despite Covid, in 2020, I performed 19 travel consults, 38 travel injections, and 279 other injections that did not include flu shots. In 2019, I performed 43 travel consults, with 92 travel injections.
  • Previously, among a few NB Loblaw pharmacists who studied injections for 2 to 5-year-old children, and prescribed contraceptives and shingles treatments.
  • Continually evaluating my performance, and expanding the business. I grew my professional services from 158 in 2013 (not including flu shots) to 695 services and 542 flu shots in 2018. I initiated flu clinics before other stores, using nurses, then later pharmacists. Later goals were 1000 flu shots per year.
  • Adjusted insulin doses for patients and doctors.
  • Adapted eye drops, hypertensive, and other medication prescriptions during drug shortages or for drug plan rejections. Informed physicians. Implemented and trained staff for the provision of Opioid Agonist Treatment.
  • Provided the greatest number of paid and unpaid medication reviews yearly at the store.
  • First to implement a variety of clinics in Loblaw, starting in 1995, which expanded through the company.
  • First in the Eastern region to implement 1-hour classes and a 1-hour nutrition/OTC products tour for patients with diabetes in conjunction with Moncton Hospital.
  • Trained 330-360 patients yearly on diabetic meters, blood sugar goals, and how to respond and adapt diet for out-of-range levels.
  • 1995-early 2000s. Greatest number of meter training among all chains in Atlantic region in those years.
