
I am a father or two adult young men. I have worked in the construction industry since the age of 17 years old. I started my career in the flooring industry until the age of 20 when I joined the Northern California Carpenters Union and began my employment at J&J Acoustics Inc. I graduated from the apprenticeship in 2006 and quickly advanced into smaller leadership roles. I became advanced in project layout, RFI, Spec, Contract, and Value engineering to name a few skills by 2010. After working as 2nd in command for many multi year projects I became a General Foreman running my own jobs. Examples of projects I have completed as a General Foreman include Four Seasons Private Residences 706 Mission San Francisco, CA for Webcor Builders, Solar4America Ice Expansion San Jose Barracudas AHL Hockey stadium San Jose, CA for Devcon Construction, 1900 Broadway Live Oakland, CA for Suffolk construction and ELCO Yards Innovation Hub Redwood City, CA for Devcon Construction.

*Managed construction of High Rise, Hospital, School, Stadium, Theatre, and mixed-use projects.
*Use of software including ACC (formerly Plangrid), Procore, Plexxis, and other construction app technologies.

*Extensive experience in team building and the oversight of project manpower.
*Manages the procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers/vendors.

*Experienced with California building code, American Disabilities Act, FHA HUD and OSHA requirements.
