• Daily supervision at the shelter, administrative, filling central intake forms, completing incident reports, activating 911 during emergencies
• Admission and referrals of refugees into shelters.

• Collaborated with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers to develop client-focused case management for substance abuse and harm reduction, also facilitated a mental health education program for family members, the community and caregivers.
