I was responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns. My job duties also included answering customer telephone calls promptly to avoid on-hold wait times and answering constant flow of customer calls with minimal wait times. Additionally I offered advice and assistance to customers, paying attention to special needs or wants.

While I answered guest questions and promoted special products, I assisted customers in choosing menu items by providing food complementing information. I also organized freezers, refrigerators and storage rooms by receiving, recording and moving food and beverage supplies and products. Lastly, operated manual and electric appliances to peel, slice and trim food.
