- Currently piloting/crafting a mentorship program with our Chief to help employees who want to pursue future involvement and knowledge of "behind the scenes" and managerial positions within the service.
- Involved with inner workings of NEMS participating in SLT meetings, Hub and Spoke meetings, EDS town hall, Etc.
- Created and presented a Powerpoint presentation on the use of field equipment
- Collaborating with Rachel( Project Manager) for involvement in future projects.
- Ensured a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines during medical interventions and vehicle operations.
- Trained new paramedics on proper procedures and protocols to maintain best practices and promote great patient care.
- Developed strong rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and cooperation throughout their treatment experience.

- Developed and maintained good relationships with coworkers and local hospital staff to facilitate to aid in efficient patient care and a positive work environment.
