- Work alongside the design team to oversee the product life cycle from concept to production
- Work with overseas vendors and domestic printers
- Attend fittings, work closely with technical designers- strong knowledge of construction and pattern making
- Creating and maintaining styles in Full Circle
- Negotiate costing
- Place sample PO’s for photo samples and SMS
- Tracking and ensuring samples are received on time
- Coordinate Product to be shot by Photo Studio
- Work closely with Production to handover complete, buy ready styles each season
- Fabric sourcing- strong knowledge of all types of fabrics- wovens, knits, branded fabric- Gortex, Primaloft, Etc.
- Fabric treatment such as antimicrobial, moisture wicking, UPF, anti-wrinkle
- Prepare and lead product meetings with sales team
- Follow a strict calendar and maintaining due dates
- Multitask and problem solve, daily
- SGS Testing/PFAS regulation knowledge
