•Maintain an inventory of checkouts for cleaning guest's rooms
•Coordinate the inventory control of housekeeping and laundry supplies.
•Attend to guest inquiries quickly and professionally while keeping other guests' best interests in mind.
•Fulfill other duties as required including assisting other members if required.
•Act as an ambassador for Noralta Lodge in all dealings with the public and team members.
•To be familiar with and carry out duties and responsibilities following Health and Safety policies approved by Noralta Lodge along with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
•When not appointed to act in this position, fulfilling the responsibilities of the Housekeeper position.
