• Assisting clients experiencing homelessness or housing instability by guiding them through available programs that best met their needs based on individual needs and circumstances
• Coordinating with local agencies to secure funding, ensuring the availability of affordable housing options.
• Implementing and maintaining data tracking systems to monitor housing outcomes, resources, and vacancies
• Providing intensive, community-based, individual rehabilitative services to members and their families struggling with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

• Coordinate and manage fundraising special events, generate and maintain donor data management platform, generate and propose donor data analysis trends.
• Create professional relationships and maintain communications both electronic and physical with prospective sponsors and recurring donors.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters, streamlining all marketing campaigns via social media platforms and marketing automation email platforms.

• Working closely within and leading the Gates of Grace Program, guiding women recovering from drug addictions, while utilizing the sensitivity and reactivity of horses to teach the women to better understand temperament, the importance of good intentions and mindset, and overcoming their personal struggles and destructive habits.

• Working closely with the local middle school students, teaching the impact of words and tone as well as proper equine care and etiquette.

• Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
