Skilled in the use of aseptic technique, pipette handling, dilution procedures ·
Experience with microbial enumeration including:standard plate counts, Membrane Filtration Technique (MF), Most Probable Number (MPN) ·
Familiar with bacterial identification using staining techniques and biochemical testing; recrystallization and filtration · Trained in use of Hemocytometer.
Knowledge of HACCP programs and guidelines and GFSI regulations.
