Also responsible for the Global Intranet, Content Management Technology Solutions and other enabling Technologies for Scotiabank's Global operation.
  • Led the creation of a LATAM (Bogota, Colombia) based Global Innovation Centre comprised of world-class technology engineers. Created this strategic new opportunity for the Bank to deliver technology services more cost-effectively and oversaw all aspects of the initial operation set-up.
  • Cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders in HR and across the Bank to support sustained business success.
  • Developed high-performing teams to support organizational objectives in an extremely high-pressure and organization-impacting program.
