  • Led the Technology team performing the migration and implementation of the Bank's Global HR Technology platform (SAP Success Factors), including the conversion of the Payroll platform. Also responsible for the Global Intranet, Content Management Technology Solutions and other enabling Technologies for Scotiabank's Global operation.
  • Led the creation of a LATAM (Bogota, Colombia) based Global Innovation Centre comprised of world-class technology engineers. Created this strategic new opportunity for the Bank to deliver technology services more cost-effectively and oversaw all aspects of the initial operation set-up.
  • Cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders in HR and across the Bank to support sustained business success.
  • Developed high-performing teams to support organizational objectives in an extremely high-pressure and organization-impacting program.
