I am Cecilia from Beijing, China. In 2004, graduated from the Economic Management Department of Nanjing Political School. Young and brave, I have tried several different jobs after graduation, covering various fields such as food production, cultural media, and information technology. The rich work experience has honed my will and broadened my horizons.
Three years ago, in order to give my daughter a better education, we came to Calgary. While adapting to live here, I began to improve my English, preparing for being able to participate in the cooking program. When I was very young, my father ran a restaurant, which had a profound influence on me. Since then, I have developed a keen interest in cooking and dreamed of becoming an excellent chef in the future. In 2016, I participated in professional training at Beijing JuDeHuaTian Culinary Training School. In addition, I took a baking course in 2017. All of these have given me excellent cooking skills and deepened my interest in cooking.
After I came here, I decided to continue to study cooking and learn different food cultures and cooking skills. I was fortunate to be admitted to the professional cooking course of SAIT in Canada, and I have completed the study with excellent grades. Participated in courses including basic cooking, dinner cooking, breakfast cooking, lunch cooking, soups and sauces, cold food baking, and other courses ext. I'm seeking an opportunity in a local restaurant or industry, where I can gain valuable work experience and learn practical work skills from experienced professional chefs.
