Jim Sangster

I have dedicated nearly three decades to the construction trade, primarily as a journeyman electrician. Throughout my career, I have acquired an extensive knowledge base in the home building industry. In addition to running my own electrical and renovation business in both Ontario and Alberta, I have invested in continuous improvement by undertaking leadership courses to complement my hands-on experience.

While I may not feel fully prepared for the role of Vice President at this moment, it is a goal I aspire to achieve in my professional journey. I believe that going through the interview process and demonstrating my commitment to growth within Sterling Homes will be a valuable step towards realizing this ambition.

My journey with Sterling Homes began on September 26, 2016, when I joined as an assistant. Over the years, I have steadily progressed through the ranks, culminating in my current role as a Field Manager. This trajectory showcases my dedication and willingness to contribute to the company's success.
