Provide ASL/English interpreting services in various settings, including medical, educational, civic and community.

• Recruit, train and oversee team of 9 Call Center Directors in 3 states and 2 Canada provinces
• Analyze and interpret data to achieve industry key performance indicators and ensure market success
• Ensure compliance with requirements and mandates of the FCC, as well as local, state and federal labor laws
• Provide VRS interpreting services on a weekly basis
• Oversee operations while implementing cost controls and corporate policies and procedures
• Track employee performance and ensure team and individual goals are met
• Established and facilitated company-wide Workplace Mindfulness Meditation session
• 2005-2007 ASL Interpreter, 2007-2016 Director, 2016-2022 District Manager

• Provide ASL Interpreting services in a variety of settings, contracting with local and national agencies, including Deaf Community Services of San Diego and Network Interpreting Services.
