
I have been a Facilities Manager since 2004. I managed a call center site from 2004 to 2020, during this time I had effectively created and managed site budgets, managed critical systems to reduce/limit downtime for the operations.
I worked with site leadership to accommodate changes in occupancy as well as tracked occupancy and space usage.
I was an active member of the Health and Safety committee and help create site evacuation plans as well as many other processes.
Successfully relocated the call center from one building to another over a 12 hour period, working with department leads and various vendors to ensure minimal downtime
In 2020, the call center was reduced to minimal staff which provided the opportunity to shift focus to a new line of business within the company. I began managing 100+ retail sites across the US providing solutions for various maintenance issues and reviewing leases to ensure adherence to lease obligations.
