• Initiated, created and managed an internal Help Desk for educators staffed by LSS Consultants.
• Initiated, created and managed a Help Desk for parents and students, staffed by LSS Consultants.
• Provided initial and ongoing PD and technical support for educators who ran the Virtual School.
• Managed a team that provided 3 days of training for all students (K to Gr. 8, approximately 600 students), who attended the Virtual School.

• Collaborated with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lessons, enhancing adult student engagement and retention.

• Started an outreach program at SACY (Student Action Centre for Youth) to engage youth and help develop a plan to earning credits, or an OSSD.
