I am currently working part-time at J&J Pet Club, where my responsibilities include handling order deliveries, working at the front desk for retail tasks, and more. As a result, I have gained experience in warehouse inventory management and providing customer service at the front desk. I am proficient in using POS machines and managing cash transactions. I approach my work with diligence, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that I fulfill every assigned task to the best of my abilities.

• During my time there, my main responsibilities were retail sales, customer service, and inventory management

• I accurately operated the POS card machine and managed cash transactions
• I also responded to online customer orders and inquiries promptly through WeChat and text messages
• Finally, I accurately counted the remaining inventory and maintained the cleanliness of the store before closing
