Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all associates are immediately aware of unsafe acts and conditions and report the same to the Supervisors.

• Actively lead associates in accordance with company beliefs. Role model of positive behavior.
• Organize and control crew on shift for safety, quality and performance.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
• Fill in al reports and at shift and communicate all the necessary information to the next team lead.
• Provides leadership and support to the associates on the shift.
• Responsible for training and re-training the present associates with regards to any changes in the SOP.
• Ensure Waste and Efficacy s within specification.
• Assisting with trouble shooting of issues as required and raising line performance issue to the Supervisor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity.
• Practicing highest levels of GMP's and conforming with HACCP pre-requisites program and all associated SOP's.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the meetings Review previous meeting reports and material prior to the meetings.
• Ensure that a meeting place is arranged.
• Ensure members are notified of meeting dates, times and locations.
• Ensure meeting agenda is prepared and distributed.
• Ensure meeting reports are prepared and distributed.
• Ensure that a copy of meeting reports is forwarded to the employer for distribution.

• Preparing, cooking or heating food for customers.
• Taking food orders and getting payment from customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstation, tables and kitchen.
• Assisting other kitchen staff with their duties.
• Serving food and beverages to customers while maintaining food and beverage safety protocols.

• Ensure that Assistant Restaurant Managers are the doing their respective KRA’s
• Gives Assistant Restaurant Managers constant feedback on their delivery of KRA’s.
• Prepares Systematic Managerial Analysis (SMA) or SWOT Analysis regularly.
• Responsible for the implementation of store management development plan.
• Ensure adequate number of staff for Management Team, RTMs and the positions needed to effectively and efficiently operate the restaurant.
• Managing the Restaurant’s P&L
• Profit & Cost Effectivity and Efficiency
• Ensure proper implementation of cash & fund control programs.
• Financial audit: Cash reconciles findings with the internal auditor.
• Verifies that all deposits (correct amount) have been received by the bank on time.
