During my free time, I enjoy playing sports, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a college student, I believe we need to balance our social life with the things we love. Exercising to me is a way of distressing and growth. Physically and mentally, it can be difficult being a college student, and having a hobby that can help you with time management, relief, and just overall to me is essential to a student's life.
