HVAC systems (chillers, exhaust units, air handling units, air conditioning, refrigeration),
Water services and treatment (demineralizers, distillers, pumps, hydropneumatic systems),
Steam systems (boilers, distribution systems),
Air systems (compressors), and electrical power (substations and installations).

Execution and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities (centrifugal pump motors, pool covers, filtration and water treatment systems).
Inventory control and management of maintenance spare parts warehouse.
Direct coordination with suppliers for spare parts, materials, and external services.
Implementation of procedures and staff training.
Facility improvement initiatives across the company.
