- Document steps taken to resolve issues ongoing with the machines or lasers and create containments that are repeatable for resolving the same issue
- Use Grafana/Generic Trace Viewer to look at system performance and spot irregularities in the machine performance and try to solve issues that arise
- Work with different proto engineers to help resolve issues on their machine
- Perform maintenance actions on research machines with minimal instructions and help develop procedures for new not standard parts for the EUV machines
- Train multiple proto engineers to be able to operate RTR1/TDR1
- Provide feedback to upcoming tests on the machine to help gain clarity on a test setup or help find a work around when something seems not possible
