Check building condition to make a list for my guys to do things when it's slow and plan repairs/projects.
Check guestrooms weekly to make sure we are doing what we are supposed to (blitzes) check daily condition of checkout rooms.
Stand up meetings every morning to show staff where we need to improve (guestrooms, public areas. building exterior.)
Meet with GM once or twice a week to check financials, scores and employee retention.
Check guestrooms conditions on a daily basis,
replace air filter, replace lamp switches, troubleshoot A/C units,
snake sinks, touch up walls baseboard, replace damage baseboard, respond to guest, banquets, kitchen, bar issues in (HOTSOS), clean pool daily in the mornings (clean pool pump filters every sunday), monitor kitchen grease pump, replace broken tile.
Clean Guestroom, bathrooms, make bedsETC
Wash dishes, clean area, keep kitchen full of clean dishes and pans, throw trash away.
