• COMMUNITY SERVICE : Exposed to verbal abuse, and large disturbances. Trained to act accordingly and show efficient problem solving skills to deescalate or solve the issue present.
• POLICE REPORT WRITING : Trained to write case reports on minor crimes. This includes, but not limited to, Vandalism, property theft, & large disturbances. Report writings are conducted on RIMS police data base.
• POLICE OFFICER ASSITANCE: Responsible in aiding police officers with their investigation, as well as reporting major crimes being observed
• FIRST RESPONDER: Responsible to be the first to respondproactive or reactive to any possible major incidents when the CSO is closer and safe to respond. This includes, but not limited to: First aids, alarms, surveillance, criminal behavior, and ensuring community safety.
• FTO TRAINER : Assigned to be a field training officer to new CSO recruits. This includes, but not limited to: Administrative, testing, and in field exposure.

While The general manager and the supervisor was not present, I would become in charge of all the leading duties. This includes, but not limited to:

• PROBLEM SOLVING: Customer complains or disturbance that had to be taken care off. I would take care of any employees that have any issues or needs that could arise.
• TIME MANAGEMENT: ensuring work ethic
• MONETARY SUPERVISION: Counting and keeping all transactions up to date.
• REPORTING WRITING: Reporting daily profits, issues, and changes during my shift

As a cashier I would be responsible for:

• involvement with customers. Improved customer service skills and appropriate attitude towards handling each customer uniquely. This included, but not limited to, any complaints or issues from the customer.
• having the money in check and have proper attention in handling high quantities of money.

A a barista I would responsible of:

• Proper closing time which included, independently, counting and verifying money profited for the day.
• Creating a set successful time skill where I was in charge of my own work area without the presence of a higher supervisor or manager.
