1 Receive runcard and samples from various customers then check the I.C wafer resistance.

2 Set-up the machine according to the required specs of the customers then make a profile folder to test the height of the machine.

3 Solder wire to the PCB samples then check the resistance if correct. Drop test the samples according to the required height of the machine.

Test again the resistance of the samples if it did not change after the Drop test, if there is a changes in the resistance it means the I.C product is fail then inform the assigned Engineer.

1 Received runcard from previous process and check the quantity of the product if it match in the runcard. Check the recipe of the machine then confirm if it is the required recipe for the customer.

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

2. Load the Solar wafer products into the machine then check if there is no broken. Monitor the Laser marking in the wafer if it is correct.

3. Unload the Solar wafer products into the machine then count the quantity, sign the runcard then pass it to the next process.

1. Help co-workers to unload the fish in small container, segregate the fish according to their species and clean, Avoid incidental fish that cannot be processed.

2. Preparing of the raw materials for using to cut fish, after cutting the fish put it weighing machine then prepare for the next process.

Packing of the fish according to their weight and classification then put it into the freezer to preserve the meat. Always clean the area to avoid unpleasant smell then deliver the packed fish for different customer.
