I have been with devimco at alexander appartements since june 2020, i have went from a doorman to an assistant manager.
since anas awil will be leaving us i felt i should apply for his replacement.
I have been involved in the alexander project since the biggining and think i would have success managing it.
There is alot i dont know about managing a building in this capacity however with some training i think i will be able to succeed.
• Managed tenant requests by responding to emails and demands quickly.
• Processed lease transfers ,extensions, and other requests via DocuSign.
• Processed Maintenance demands from tenants using Trello.
• Developed expertise in door and camera systems, while i was the doorman supervisor
Was in charge of scheduling for a team of 12 doorman and also responsible for approving their hours.
5 years experience with Devimco at the same project with more knowledge and experience than any current employee
