- Stringent safety and sanitary rules and protocols have to be followed to ensure all products were clean, fresh, heathy, and safe for consumption for clients prior to shipping
- Other roles and duties that were part of my responsibilities was preparing invoicing, and labeling
- One of the most important roles I oversaw was the handling and data entry of the (PGQ – Program Gestion Qualité) which is essentially Quality Management Program, which in turn is a provincial and federal requirement to ensure the safe and proper handling of consumable food products
