• Maintain integrity of Porter’s flight schedule and movement data by manipulating daily flying schedule and aircraft routings with direction of Duty Officer
• Evaluating schedule outcomes and contingencies in Porter’s flight schedule and proposing actions to improve on time performance (OTP) and schedule completion rate (SCR)
• Ensuring timely dissemination of pertinent information to all departments impacted by aircraft swaps, flight delays, cancellations and any pertinent details that may affect operation
• Coordinating operational activities across the Porter network and assisting with contingency and recovery planning during major irregular operations (IROPs) events

• Facilitating expedient Emergency Response Plan activation, non-emergency abnormal incident response and other critical communications through the Everbridge Mass Notification system
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as well as Transport Canada regulations and those of other domestic and international regulatory agencies
• Coordinating aircraft assignments and positioning while ensuring movements comply with MEL, corporate and maintenance requirement
• Initiate and coordinate Porter’s Emergency Response including non-emergency incident response and other critical communications through the Everbridge® Mass Notification system
• Actively participating in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote Company Safety Policy
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, SOCC or designate.

Assist the Pet Groomer on basic pet grooming including pre-cutting based on the best practices and customers’ needs

• Bathing, blow drying, cutting nails, cleaning ears, brushing and dematting, trimming after bath to prepare pets for groomer for final groom
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of grooming centre
