  • Direct mentor and supervisor to three officers, three senior non-commissioned officers, and two non-commissioned members. Responsible for discipline, performance monitoring, and career counseling/mentorship.
  • Key subject matter expert and advisor to the Commander of 37 Brigade on all personnel policy, as well as a key planner for the brigade for personnel administration matters during training and operations.
  • Closely worked with chaplains on matters of personnel support during operations and training (i.e., deaths, injury or illness, family emergency, etc).

  • Manager of unit Acquisition Cards for purchasing fuel and other supplies as needed in support of operations and training.
  • Responsible for the resupply and recovery of battlegroup assets during operations/training and the management of the daily resupply cycle.
  • Founder of the unit's Sentinels program in partnership with the unit Chaplain, an internal volunteer support organization for members of the Regiment.
