
- Greet and assist 100+ members and guests per shift with a welcoming and professional attitude
- Manage front desk operations, including member check-ins, scheduling, phone inquiries, and payment processing
- Provide accurate information about YMCA programs, memberships, and services to support member engagement
- Streamline check-in procedures and assist with digital sign-ins to help reduce wait times during peak hours
- Process memberships, registrations, and forms using front desk management software with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
- Resolve member concerns calmly and professionally while delivering excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment
