ATB PROJECTS
Client Service Training program— 2023-2024
I started this program during my burst with the instructional design team. Myself and an instructional designer utilized the ADDIE model to design, develop and implement the training program for Client Service Representative here at ATB Financial. I have worked on the sustainment plan for continued delivery. I continue to work on developing the program and designing workshops and iterating when necessary. I am currently the subject matter expert for our team and support in up skilling my peers to implement the program. I have delivered this programming in person, both Edmonton and Calgary, and virtually as part of a pilot. I have received a quarterly award for my contribution to the development and implementation of this program.
RingCentral Roll out to all EFS Advisory Roles — 2022
Within a working group, assisted in the roll out of RingCentral Telephony across Alberta for all Advisory roles within the branch team member network.
Experience Standards Pilot— 2022
Introducing team members to the Experience Standards Pilot. Supporting team members in coaching and implementation of the Experience Standards. Creating and implementing facilitations on RingCentral, Authentication, Security and Call Transparency Policy. Facilitated to the EXperience Standards. I was part of the working group in this pilot to discover what is working and what didn’t. This work helps develop what is being taught today.
Personal Banking Milestone Learning — 2020
Worked within a team of 3 coaches to develop the PB Milestones Program. We created the initial learning programs for Personal bankers level one and two. Originally consisting of 9 weeks of training. Between the three of us, we designed, developed and implemented the learning, alongside with other Performance coaches starting end of year 2020.
Milestone Personal Banking Program Pilot — 2019
Piloted a Learning program for Edmonton Market in ATB. Lead on running the pilot, interviewing participants, developing workshops, facilitations and coaching participants. This work led to ATB’s development of a learning training program in 2020.
