  • As the onsite property I am solely in charge of all things that are needed on the property
  • This includes hiring plumbers, electricians, gardeners, and working with the contractor so I am aware of the remodeling or construction taking place
  • I also list all vacant units and take care of the interviewing and eligibility process to bring in new tenants
  • This is a job I truly enjoy and because I live onsite, I try and make these apartments the best place to live
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including tenant relations and rent collections.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolved issues.
