These plans will guide Travel Alberta’s medium and long-term strategies to drive the growth of Alberta’s visitor economy across many high-potential regions of the province.
  • Championed the adoption and implementation of modern data management software and processes across the team, in addition to spearheading the shift from an email-based grant submission process to an online grant management portal with online data management system, greatly improving process efficiency, the external stakeholder experience, ability for data analysis, and overall data accuracy.
  • Proactively consult and act as a lead contact with the financial department to ensure the Tourism Investment Program is complying with internal financial processes and accountability policies.
  • Administratively assists the Manager of Investor Services with strategic planning and execution of Aviation Agreements.
