My experience has provided me with skills such as but not limited to the following; Ability to mentor and train staff as I have experience in all positions including support staff, care coordination and certified counseling. Utilizing motivational interviewing and CBT to facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, care coordination services, UA testing, MAT counseling and referrals, recovery supportive services, crisis intervention, skills development, monitoring operations, ensuring structure and routine while keeping good time management practices and quality documentation. I have experience working with the formerly incarcerated population, young adults, dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders and the LGBTQIA+ populations. I believe in a client centered, recovery based, trauma informed approach to treatment. I am a team player and I believe in a collaborative team approach to helping best serve our beneficiaries!
