I had many tasks such as, gas testing, fire watch, confined space man watch, bear watch, and assisting many other trades.

• I used different appliances in the store and help guests when neccesary. I also kept the shelves stocked throughout the day.

• Followed strict recipes and drink measurements to minimize product used and ensure it is made correctly.
• Trained new staff in drink making and front cashier.

• I would greet guests and seat them.
• Took reservations by phone and walk-in, keeping scheduling demands, and kitchen output in time to avoid overbooking.
• Took to-go orders by phone, answered customer questions, and informed of accurate wait times.
