• Observing security cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats or unusual behavior.

• Installing solar panels and invertors in various residential and commercial sites.

• Conducting preventive maintenance and providing service support.

• Utilizing hand and power tools for the installation of prefabricated components.

• Regularly cleaning and sanitizing floors, restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as handling carpet cleaning and maintenance as needed.

• Oversee the work of E&I technicians who calibrate and test various instruments, including pressure transmitters, flow meters, and temperature sensors, to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and training to apprentices and helpers.
