I was responsible for redesigning the contract change management process to improve efficiency and transparency. A small team and I developed an updated system leveraging Microsoft tools, such as Power Automate, to automate key workflows, streamline approvals, and enhance tracking of contract changes. This work supported better project oversight and provided a more consistent, auditable process for future contract modifications.
