2023 deficiency free survey for WPAC

During state survey there were no findings under my supervision for housekeeping and laundry. State surveyors inspect all aspects of housekeeping such as; housekeeper carts, the chemicals we use, the room we clean and how we clean, the laundry area, how we sort dirty linen and load them into the washers. Surveyors ask questions to staff and management to tell if we understand certain protocols and procedures.
