Responsible for giving care to different clients and different locations. Following care plan base on nurse instructions. Assisting clients medication, blood pressure monitoring, preparation of meals, household chores, doing groceries, showering clients and dressing. Caregiver is well trained to handle dementia clients and behavioral clients. Report all the care given to the nurse before shift end.

Responsible for total care of 12 residents in long-term and assisted care. Give hands to the other residents as well. HCA is well-trained in ceiling lift, sit-to-stand, feeding, showering, and dressing. HCA is well-trained in colostomy and ileostomy draining and cleaning bags. HCA is well-trained for different kinds of clients with dementia and behavior problems. HCA can work under pressure.

Responsible for taking care of a Muscular Dystrophy client. Doing personal care like toileting, showering, dressing, preparing meals, pick up medicine and groceries. Caregiver is well trained of client ceiling lift, changing condom catheter, draining catheter bag and recording.

Responsible for taking care of a quadriplegic client. Assisting medication, feeding, toileting, dressing, monitoring blood pressure,changing condom catheter and draining. Caregiver well trained of client ceiling lift and wheelchair. Records all the care and report to the client after the shift.

Responsible for taking care of a Muscular Dystrophy client for five years. Well trained in Hoyer machine, wheelchair maneuver, giving client shower/personal care, household chores, and groceries. Bring the client to the bank, shopping, and all activities.

Responsible for looking after two kids. Giving them personal care, doing household chores, and accompany them to school and other activities.
