I strive to be a passionate teacher with experience in developing and implementing diverse cross-curricular lesson plans. I try motivating students with my classroom management through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts. I like to use technology driven interactive classroom instruction and observations. I do my best to include literacy in helping those strive to do their best. I believe every student deserves a place to feel safe to be able to learn and grow.

  • Where I work with different international students, I have developed tailored instructional materials for diverse learners, improving overall classroom performance. Using technology to help the students understand lessons.
  • I work with staff, program heads, coordinators, practicum hosts as well as co-instructors and the students to help the program run as smoothly as possible.
  • I had different speakers come in to help incorporate real-world examples into lessons, connecting abstract concepts to students everyday lives.
  • Kept monthly reports that were sent to the coordinator to help with student data.

I enjoyed being part of the team at this school and took away many good lessons from this experience.   • I worked hard to build positive relationships with parents to involve families in the educational process.

  • I reached out to all grades in the school offering an afterschool activity. I lead the Winter Choir for any students who wanted to join. We were able to reach out to the community and surrounding communities to perform.
