  • Collaborate on LinkedIn automation tooling (e.g., standardized outreach templates, assisted note generation, structured logging of sourcing activities) to make sourcing more consistent and data-driven.
  • Translate recruiter needs into clear product requirements: document edge cases, define success metrics (e.g., response rate, time-to-shortlist), and give feedback on model and UX changes.
