  • Responsible for overall accommodations plan and budget for the division including the Facilities Plan, encompassing capital projects and tenant improvements.
  • Project manage all accommodations projects including needs assessment, approvals documentation, design coordination, and ongoing project management such as forecasting and change requirements.
  • Develop budget based on strategic priorities and planning, facility studies and program reviews and evaluations. Including bringing forward critical and time sensitive proposals for decision making.
  • Lead the Property Management team including building requirements, space planning, CVA management and oversight, warehouse and logistics oversight, and other property management responsibilities including act as the ministry's tenant representative with SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP).
  • Develop, communicate, and implement a robust Asset Management policy and life cycle replacement schedule for the division.
